About Inner Flame of Health
Hello my name is Shona. Some of you know me as a Holistic Therapist around the Pocklington area of East Yorkshire, and York. Others know me as a facilitator of Soul Rebirth, a therapy that allows people to move forward in ways sometimes only imagined (See a testimonial on this FANTASTIC therapy further down this page), and LOVE HEALS a wonderful two day course for those who want to START LIVING their life, rather than surviving it... For those who really want to realise their true potential and realise that they are perfect just the way they are (Details about this course are at the bottom of the page). Still others know me as a person who likes to spread a smile wherever I go, enhancing their lives with snippets of Universal knowledge, so that they can go with the flow and move forwards... A Life Coach and Positive-Emotion-Thought-Therapist.
The main areas in which I focus are Therapies and Transformation. Each day I send an email from my website entitled Universal Wisdom, to help people focus on the truth about life, and help them move forwards. I BELIEVE very strongly in working on myself, healing myself, so that as I grow as a person and Universal being of light, I can help others do the same. My core belief is that you cannot successfully heal other people through treatments, or transformational workshops without having been there and done it, KNOW what its like, so that you can help other people along their journey's and encourage them to succeed in their healing. As I have already been there and done it, and KNOW what they are going through, I INSPIRE people to carry on along their journey no matter what it may be, and no matter how difficult it may be to them at first. I BELIEVE that people knowing and seeing how I have TRANSFORMED my life, will encourage them to continue to find fulfillment in their's. We ALL want to SUCCEED in our DREAMS and VISIONS, and through working on myself, and attracting ALL the things I need before I even ask I encourage others to do the same.
As a successful holistic therapist, teacher and facilitator, I have touched the lives of many and brought them along their journey of personal health and healing on ALL levels of the body physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. I am constantly growing, and learning new techniques to heal myself and others.
